What is “ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Members”?
“ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Members” is the service which offers you an even better shopping experience.
Those who sign up for membership will be issued a web barcode.
The web barcode can be used at the ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Members stores.

Members will be given priority in receiving special information.
No enrollment fee or annual fee shall be charged for use of the Service.
What are “ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Members” points?
You will receive 5% back in points on the price of a purchased item (excluding tax).
For every 100 points, you will receive a 100 yen discount.
Points are calculated at checkout and can be used for your next purchase.
Points are valid for one year from the last date of purchase.
ISSEY MIYAKE INC. Members points cannot be used on our official online stores.
How to apply for membership
1. Membership registration
Once you have checked the Terms of Service, please enter your personal information, and click “Confirm” once finished.
Then, once you have confirmed your information, click “Register”.
This completes your registration.

2. Registration completion email
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a registration completion email.
＊If no email arrives, please check your domain specification.
3. Membership ID (WEB Barcode)
How to change your personal information
Please change your information on your own on our members-only webpage.

The date of birth cannot be changed once it has been registered.
How to delete your enrollment
Please delete your enrollment on your own on our members-only webpage.
Once you have deleted your enrollment, remaining points can no longer be used. We ask for your understanding.

Notice of the usage of points on an existing member’s card
Points remaining on an existing member’s card will not be transferred to the new point system.
After February 1, for every 100 point on your existing member’s card, you will receive a 100 yen discount.
Points expiring on or after March 1, 2020 will continue to be implemented until January 31, 2022.
Points on your existing member’s card will be unavailable after February 1, 2022.

·积分在购物结账时计入会员账户，当次积分可从下一次购物起使用。
·积分有效期为最后购物日起1年内有效。
·官方在线商城无法使用三宅一生有限公司会员积分。
＜关于入会＞
1 会员注册
请在确认使用条款后，填写顾客个人信息。待填写完毕，点击“确认”按钮，
确认顾客个人信息无误后，点击“注册”按钮，完成注册。

2 注册成功邮件
完成注册后，将向注册邮箱发送注册成功邮件。
*如未收到邮件，请检查域名设置。
3 获得会员证（在线条码）
＜关于更改会员信息＞
·顾客可进入会员页面自行更改注册内容。

但是，出生日期一经填写，即无法更改。
＜关于注销会员＞
·顾客如需注销会员，可在会员页面进行。
会员一经注销，积分立即失效。敬请周知。

＜关于使用旧会员卡＞
·旧会员卡积分将不会转移到新会员卡积分系统中。
·关于旧会员卡积分余额，将于2021年2月1日开始，可每100积分抵扣100日元的方式进行使用。
·旧会员卡积分中于2020年3月1日以后到期的部分，有效期将被延长至2022年1月31日。
·2022年2月1日过后，旧会员卡的积分将无法使用，请注意。
